President’s message

On behalf of the Executive Board and the entire membership, I warmly welcome you to the Ghana Association of Arizona (GAA).

On behalf of the Executive Board and the entire membership, I warmly welcome you to the Ghana Association of Arizona (GAA).

GAA was founded on the guiding principles of Unity and Love, with a clear purpose: to bring Ghanaians and friends of Ghana together as one family here in Arizona. Our Association exists to preserve and promote Ghanaian culture, support the welfare of our members, and contribute positively to the communities we live in—both here in Arizona and back home in Ghana.

We are a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization committed to inclusiveness, accountability, and service. Through cultural celebrations, educational programs, charitable outreach, and mutual support in times of need, GAA continues to be a source of strength, connection, and pride for our members.

Whether you are a long-standing member, a new resident of Arizona, or simply someone who appreciates Ghanaian culture and values, we invite you to be part of this vibrant community. Your participation, ideas, and dedication are what make GAA strong and impactful.

Together, let us continue to build a united, supportive, and forward-looking Association that reflects the best of our Ghanaian heritage and contributes meaningfully to society.

Thank you for visiting our website, and we look forward to welcoming you at our meetings and events.

Unity & Love,

Evans Amakye
President
Ghanaian Association of Arizona (GAA)
